Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-driven and business-savvy
Manager – Finance
to lead financial planning, controllership, compliance, and treasury for our export operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical grounding (IND AS/GST/TDS), deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, and sharp commercial acumen to optimize working capital, safeguard controls, and enable timely, data-backed decisions. This role closely partners with merchandising, production, sourcing, and leadership to drive profitability and cash excellence—aligned with CTA's commitments to sustainability, innovation, and on-time delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling cash flow models; track variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Build product/style/customer profitability, margin bridge, and cost-to-serve analytics; publish weekly/monthly MIS & dashboards.

Controllership & Closing

• Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end closes; ensure accurate books under IND AS.
• Oversee AR/AP, inventory valuation, standard costing, overhead absorption, and GR/IR reconciliations.

Costing & Commercials

• Govern pre-costing/post-costing for orders; validate BOMs, conversion costs, waste norms, and fabric yield impacts.
• Partner with sourcing/merchandising on price negotiations and target margin achievement.

Treasury & Working Capital

• Manage banking lines (PC/PCFC, EPC/EPFO, BGs), LC documentation, buyer's credit, and forex risk/hedging.
• Drive DSO/DPO/DOH improvements; enforce credit terms and proactive collections.

Compliance, Tax & Incentives

• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Companies Act, FEMA); manage assessments and refunds.
• Optimize export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP, RoSCTL) and duty drawback; maintain robust documentation and traceability.

Internal Controls & Audit

• Implement strong SOPs/ICFR; lead internal/external/statutory audits and remediation.
• Monitor plant-level controls: gate entries, scrap, subcontracting/job-work, and stock reconciliations.

Systems & Digitization

• Champion ERP utilization (e.g., SAP/Oracle/Tally/Zoho) for touchless processes; enhance automation and data integrity.
• Enable BI reporting (Excel/Power Pivot/Power BI); standardize master data and financial coding.

Cross-Functional Partnering

• Collaborate with merchandising, production planning, sourcing, QA, and logistics for order-to-cash health.
• Contribute to pre-production risk reviews (payment terms, LC clauses, margin/leakage risks).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA/CMA
  preferred;
  MBA (Finance)
  or equivalent with strong manufacturing/export exposure will be considered.
• 8–12+ years total experience; at least 5 years in an export-focused garment/textile environment.
• Solid command of
  IND AS, GST, TDS, FEMA/Export procedures
  , LC/Banking instruments, and forex.
• Proven expertise in
  product costing, inventory control, and working capital management
  .
• Proficiency in
  ERP
  and digital finance tools; strong
  Excel/Power BI
  skills.
• Exceptional
  analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation
  capabilities.
• High integrity, bias for action, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Salary (CTC)

Up to
