Senior Billing Engineer - Residential_(Seeking candidates exclusively based out in Mumbai)

Years Of Experience: 5+ Years into Residential Billing

Job Location: Thane Belapur Road, Turbhe MIDC, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400705. Need to visit Sites too

JD:

- Hands on experience in handling all billing related issues like quantity takeoff, measurement and certification for Civil and MEP services.- Understanding of the Contract documents like drawings, BOQ and specifications and contractual requirements/obligation related to billing and payments.- Should have experience in certification of MEP services bills.- Making of payment sheets, follow-up for invoicing with contractors, solving queries of contractors related to billing- Site visit for quantity, quality checking, item specification, measurements if any on regular basis
