Job Role: Workday Learning LeadLocation: Bangalore/Hyderabad/GurugramExperience:-7+yearsJob Description:- Lead the Learning work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.- Configure and test the Workday Learning system.- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.- Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Ox.- Must have Learning experience- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Learning for global rollouts- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilitiesCertifications- Workday HCM core. (Must Have)- Workday US Learning. (Preferred)Experience & Background- BE/BTech/M Tech/MBA/MCA from an accredited college/university.- Should have a minimum 2-3 end to end Workday deployment lifecycle experience as a workstream lead for Workday Learning.
