Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong knowledge in master data management, production planning, and process integration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PP customization, MRP, batch/serial management, and should be capable of handling end-to-end SAP PP implementations along with documentation of functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain PP Master Data including Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing management, Change Numbers, and relevant notifications.

Work on Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPC), CIS/CIR (Classification Info Records/System), Engineering Change Management, and hands-on experience with C-folders (portal-related applications).

Implement and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) constant & flexible planning, long-term planning, and demand management.

Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Management, Batch Management, and Serial Number Management.

Provide in-depth expertise in SAP Production Cycle and PP-PI processes within the supply chain area.

Support Master Data Management in QM including execution, MRP, serialized manufacturing, and batch management.

Deliver high-quality documentation including Functional Specifications (FS), WRICEF objects, custom reports, process documents, design documents, business process procedures, test scripts, blueprints, and workshop/training material.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, and support enhancements and developments.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP PP Module with hands-on experience in customization and implementation.

Proficiency in Master Data, Planning Strategies, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Management, and PP-PI processes.

Experience in Batch Management & Serialization.

Exposure to Quality Management (QM) integration with production processes.

Excellent knowledge of Engg. Change Management, C-Folders, and CIS/CIR records.

Strong documentation skills for FS, WRICEF, and process blueprints.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and provide training/workshops.

Preferred: Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Long-Term Planning.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Knowledge of integration with MM, QM, and SD modules.
