Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and monitoring while ensuring smooth communication between teams and timely delivery of project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resource allocation and project budgeting.
  • Identify potential risks and support in developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business/Management/IT).
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in project coordination or related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
