Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Engineering Manager with a solid foundation in full-stack development to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure engineering excellence. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.Provide architectural guidance and hands-on contributions to full-stack projects.Drive adoption of modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, Go) frameworks.Ensure efficient API design, scalable architecture, and optimized database performance.Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.Implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.Stay ahead of emerging trends in full-stack development and bring innovations to the team.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6-10 years of professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development.Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, or Go).Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tools.Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in startup or high-growth environments.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Prior experience in scaling products for high traffic and large datasets.
