Job Title: WordPress Developer

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating custom themes, plugins, and responsive layouts, along with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

Create and modify custom themes and plugins.

Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized designs.

Manage website performance, speed optimization, and security.

Integrate third-party APIs and tools as required.

Troubleshoot and fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.

Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketers for project execution.

Keep up to date with WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio required).

Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

Knowledge of WooCommerce, membership sites, and LMS plugins is a plus.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, etc.).

Understanding of website performance optimization (caching, CDN, minification).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of REST API and headless WordPress.

Experience in Shopify or other CMS platforms.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
