JobPurpose The Engineer develops supports and maintainsGrafana Prometheus AppDynamics Thanos metric and monitoring systemto create a single pane of glass dashboarding and alertingenvironment.Work as part of acrossfunctional team and participate in the design and developmentof Grafana Dashboard UI. Integrate logs andevents into the Grafana single pane of glass monitoringenvironment.The Engineer plays a criticalrole in the monitoring of Unix Linux Windows operating system andvirtual machine subsystemsoftware.Automation is an essentialprinciple the Engineer should use so the team can continueengineering the high performance scalable solutions that power thebusiness.

Knowledge Skills& Abilities The position requires skills in crafting graphics using GrafanaDashboards Have experience and provenability in crafting professional dashboards that give insight intosophisticated data sets. Understanding ofmultiple approaches to data storage such as Prometheus or NoSQL DBand experience in analyzing sophisticated Time Series data sets. Hands on Experience on monitoring tools forApplication Service Infrastructure and Data Quality Monitoring Strong Scripting skills and workingexperience required Perl Python Powershell Unix Development ofrealtime monitoring solution for the variousenvironment Experience in using PrometheusAPI and libraries Crafting automation tocapture data from multiple sources

Goodattitude towards troubleshooting skills that span systems networkand applications

Experience integratingtools into pipelines used for Continuous Integration(CI) Scripting etc. Experience with centralized logging systemsExperience with Elasticsearch would all be a strongadvantage Familiarity in programminglanguages such as Java C Go etc is a plusExperience with web and application server technology Good knowledge of Linux and AIX operatingsystems a plus Knowledge in KubernetesDocker Container. Good Knowledge of DevopsTools (Ansible Jenkins BitbucketArtifactory) Education andExperience
