Dispute Resolution: Follow established dispute resolution processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement within the legal framework. 6. Technology Proficiency: Utilize Outlook and Teams for communication and collaboration purposes, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. 7. Software Skills: Possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for legal documentation, data analysis, and presentation purposes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution. Admission to the Bar Association preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a legal capacity, preferably as a in-house counsel role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
