Admission Counsellors will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing information about educational programs, assisting with enrollment, and conducting tours of the school.Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to all walk-ins, and supporting the administrative staff in various admission-related tasks.QualificationsStrong Communication skillsCustomer Service and Sales experienceBackground in Education sector or hospitality is beneficialExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in MS Office and other administrative softwareBachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field, MBA desirableExperience in a similar role is a plusThis is a Sales role with targets, based out of the School Campus located in Isnapur, Hyderabad.End to end management of the Admissions process, from calling the leads, to fixing school visits, handling Walk-ins, counselling and guidance + handholding till Admission closure.Candidates with Sales background and exposure to Education Sector are preferable.
