Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Support Engineer located in Pune. The NOC Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems, performing troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring network security, and assisting in network administration tasks. The role involves ensuring the stability and smooth operation of the network to meet the company's service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the NOC to ensure maximum network up-time.
  • Hands-on configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting of
    Switches (L1/L2/L3), Networking Routers, Mikrotik & OLTs
    .
  • Diagnose and resolve customer connectivity issues in coordination with field teams.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an ISP domain (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge & troubleshooting skills for Switches, Routers, Mikrotik & OLTs
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing Protocols, NAT, Firewalls, VPNs
  • Familiarity with Radius Servers (Syneffo, Log2Space (L2s), Xoneware)
    is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in
    rotational shifts
