We are hiring for Oracle App DBA with CMMI Level 5 Organization.


Work from the office mandatory (5 days a week)

Permanent Job Description :

  • JD for Oracle App DBA Analyze performance issues, troubleshoot, and tune queries in the database to aid application teams, reviewing, testing patches, configuration and code migrations.
  • Golden Gate installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and conflict analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and application of ORACLE APPS Database administration tasks including code promotion, index rebuilding, configuration.
  • Application Job maintenance, effective communication, technical proficiency, application maintenance/ownership and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel on their needs.
  • Ability to develop SQL, PL/SQL scripts, Package, Procedures, and other application requirements from Oracle perspective for Alerts, Monitoring, Reporting & Auditing.
  • Serve as day-to-day technical lead for development enhancements or problem resolutions.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements and database performance.
  • Participate and collaborate with system administration and operational support (e.g., maintenance and support, reviewing and analyzing system logs and problem reports, adds, changes, backups, and file restores) and assist in monitoring of the system's performance and capacity planning w.r.to Storage, CPU, and memory.
  • Backup and recovery with strong RMAN and expdp skills and solutions.
  • Manage relationship with customers to understand customer and project needs and priorities.
  • Provide 24x7 Shift and non-shift support for Oracle production, test, and Development Instances.
  • Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
  • Hands on experience in Exadata Architecture and hardware components including Flash cache, Storage Index, HCC and IORM
  • Experience of database migration from Oracle to cross platforms and vice versa.
  • Data guard Configuration, implementation, administration, and hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management. OEM administration and monitoring which includes scheduling, target set up and incident monitoring and resolution.
