Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across Office, IT, and HR administration.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and values both client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll represent our brand while ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Welcome and assist clients inperson or on phone
- Manage office opening/closing and overall upkeep
- Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
IT Administration (Basic Level)
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT and office equipment(laptops, phones, SIMs)
- Coordinate with external IT support for troubleshooting
HR Administration
- Guide new employees through onboarding and orientation
- Monitor attendance through biometric login & leave management system
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll support
- Manage employee records, documentation, and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong command of Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, customer-friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR/employee management systems
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Prior experience in office management or coordination roles
- Familiarity with attendance/leave tracking tools
