Role: Head of Public Relation and Social Media Responsibilities: • Strategic Communications & PR: Devise and execute comprehensive PR and corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and enhance PR analytics systems and reporting methods. • Media Relations: Proactively identify and address potential crises. Prepare the crisis management framework. Organize and execute product press launches, desk side appointments, and special events. Proactive media outreach and pitching for top-tier conference keynotes, media interviews, commentaries, and securing coverage for announcements. • Brand Management: Create branded strategies for local initiatives, including event concepts and media strategies. Manage the company's social media presence and brand communication. • Performance Marketing: Strategically manage B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across channels to meet pipeline goals. Develop targeted, account-based marketing campaigns, driving high-quality marketing qualified leads through effective messaging. Define and manage the integrated campaign calendar. Track results against goals (MQL, SAL, SQL) and measure campaign effectiveness. • Sales Cycle Understanding: Work closely with Revenue Operations to understand the sales cycle and identify challenges at various stages. Implement strategies to address these challenges and support sales team effectiveness. • Program Management: Run and drive various programs, including new product launches, new marketing campaigns, and identifying execution gaps. This involves collaboration with all teams (GTM, sales, central ops) and leadership, ensuring alignment and execution excellence. • Content Creation & Management: Create and manage content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and development opportunities. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the senior leadership team. • Compliance: Ensure all communication practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Manage a team of campaign, performance marketing, and content specialists. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver targeted campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (preferred) • 10 years of experience, working for a name brand, tech brand or tech PR agency • Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a dynamic team • Media-savvy with experience across earned, owned, shared, and paid media • Proven expertise in the art of storytelling • Blend of strategic mindset with hands-on communications skills • Excellent narrative development, writing and editing skills • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills • Ability to quickly ramp-up and make an immediate impact • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Superior communications and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Other Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Should be comfortable for Work from office 5 days working + alternate Saturday working.
