Job description

We are looking for an individual who has minimum two years experience in US taxation field and to develop his/her extended skills in US taxation and US tax compliance in a friendly fast-paced environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in tax analysis, preparation/review of tax returns, front-loads and tax equalization calculations.
  • Communicate with taxpayers in collecting missing information to prepare the return and any other tax related matters
  • Apply technical expertise in tax compliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements to identify and consult on tax issues.
  • Prepare and review miscellaneous tax, payroll, and international assignment cost projection calculations, gross up calculations.
  • Participate, or possibly lead projects, in expatriate tax, foreign national tax returns, and Global Coordination.
  • Report to the engagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in leading the overall engagement management as well as provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Assist in conducting tax research relating to expatriate/foreign nationals and draft tax advice
  • Draft correspondence with IRS or state taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for expatriates
  • Serve as a buddy/mentor to Associates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
