Role Overview:You will play a pivotal role in managing

patent prosecution

initiatives for esteemed technology companies and industry experts across diverse sectors including Software, AI/ML, Wireless Communication, Networking, and Semiconductors. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate innovation roadmaps and safeguard intellectual property through meticulous prosecution of patent applications.

Job Description:Collaborate closely with the team, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelinesFoster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, providing mentorship and support to elevate team members' skills and expertiseIndependently carry out US patent prosecution assignmentsStay abreast of evolving USPTO/MPEP case laws and regulatory changes, imparting knowledge to the team and ensuring compliance in all patent-related activitiesManage email correspondence and actively participate in attorney calls to facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders

Desired Skillset:Knowledge of USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office guidelines and case lawsProficiency in US patent prosecution across a spectrum of technology domainsExcellent written and verbal communication

(an absolute must)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completionProven ability to mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environmentAbility to quickly understand and grasp complex/cutting-edge technologiesFamiliarity with patent processes and a keen understanding of USPTO/MPEP regulations and case lawsExperience in reviewing teams’ work to ensure quality and timely project delivery

Education/Experience:Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, and Computer ScienceIP Experience: 3-6 years in patent prosecution
