Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with specialized experience in 360 branding, web art, web and mobile app development, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of driving digital initiatives that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Leadership:

Lead and develop integrated digital marketing strategies that encompass 360 branding, web and mobile app presence, and digital outreach.

Oversee the execution of digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions.

Team Management and Collaboration:

Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content creation, to ensure a cohesive digital presence.

Brand and Web Presence:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s website and mobile applications, ensuring they align with branding and marketing strategies.

Supervise the creation of compelling web art and visual content that reflects the brand’s identity and values.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

Design and implement digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.

Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.

Prepare and present detailed reports on digital marketing efforts and results to senior management.

Market Research and Innovation:

Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Research competitors and market trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar leadership role in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in 360 branding, web art, and web/mobile app development.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative thinking with an analytical approach.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field.
