At studio EMERGE, all our designs are made-to-order for one-of-a-kind individual residences. For us, Architecture encompasses more than just design, it also encompasses construction. As a result, understanding how to overcome site challenges and design a building within the clients' budget is an important element of the architect's job.
Most of the things you’ll work on:
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (Structural and MEP consultants) to support the design and construction of projects in India.
Developing Concept drawings, Schematic drawings, Design Development drawings and construction drawings
Developing great presentations
Assisting in the construction administration phase: general review, site instructions, change orders, and interpretation of contract specifications
Assist the Senior team members with other tasks including updating logs and checklists
You’ll need to have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural firm
Proficiency with Revit and BIM software, 3D Rendering
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Rhino / Sketchup, 3D Rendering
Well organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Proactive and detail oriented
Creative and collaborative with a passion for designing and detailing
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Desire to grow within a team environment
Experience in Residential design, Commercial Design, Interiors will be considered an asset

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
0 to 3 years previous design team experience on small to large scale projects
Good understanding and technical knowledge of architectural drafting and design
Proficiency in the use of computer modeling and rendering software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, InDesign, Rhino, Vray
