Operational Excellence - This role will lead the end-to-end responsibility of the Record to Report Team, Managing entire Financial operations and accounting related to Contract breweries and ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial records and reports. The incumbent will lead a team of professionals to execute various R2R functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, and financial reporting. - Manage issue escalations, day-to-day issue resolution (standard and complex), and monitoring action plans Financial Close Process: - Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of financial statements. - Review journal entries, accruals, and other accounting transactions to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
