Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer on a contract basis to design, build, and maintain our website presence. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to translate creative ideas into engaging, high-performing Webflow pages that align with Josys’ brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Josys’ website using Webflow. Translate Figma/Design files into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow pages. Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Implement animations, interactions, and CMS-driven components within Webflow. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams on campaigns, landing pages, and feature launches. Troubleshoot bugs, fix technical issues, and continuously improve site performance. Manage integrations with third-party tools (Hub Spot, Google Analytics, etc.). Requirements Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script fundamentals. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization. Familiarity with CMS collections, Webflow animations, and interactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience working with Saa S or B2 B brands. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, etc.). Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
