### **Job Overview:**


We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Mumbai (FULL TIME WORK FROM OFFICE I.E NO REMOTE) and contribute to the visual identity of our YouTube channels. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our YouTube Channel managers, video editors, and marketing team to produce high-quality graphics that engage and captivate our audience.


### **Key Responsibilities:**


- **Design & Development:** Create visually appealing thumbnails, banners, and other graphic elements for our YouTube channels.

- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure that all designs align with the channel's brand identity and guidelines.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with content creators and video editors to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual designs.

- **Trend Analysis:** Stay updated on the latest design trends and YouTube best practices to continuously improve the visual appeal of our content.

- **Asset Management:** Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, fonts, and templates.

- **Feedback & Revisions:** Respond to feedback from senior designers and stakeholders, making revisions as necessary to meet project requirements.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure all graphics are optimized for YouTube and adhere to the platform's technical requirements.


### **Qualifications:**


- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital media. Experience with YouTube content is a plus.

- **Skills:** 

 - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

 - Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing.
