JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management- Make sure that organization’s needs are met as projects evolve- Oversee project procurement management- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests- Help prepare budgets

ABOUT CANDIDATE:

An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits:

# Technical Knowledge and skills

- Collaborate with clients, architects, and network designers to understand network requirements and objectives.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting network diagrams, floor plans, and blueprints.- Knowledge and experience to create detailed structured cabling designs and plans, including cable pathways, equipment layout, and network configurations.- WAN links deployments- Installation, termination, and testing of copper and fiber optic cables connectors, and related network equipment.- Efficient mounting and configuration of network racks, cabinets, and patch panels.- Cable laying/pulling, dressing, labelling, and cable management to ensure a clean and organized installation.- Data Center infrastructure commissioning like UPS, Precision AC, Fire Suppression, VESDA, water leakage detection, rodent repellent etc- Working knowledge about Servers and network equipment will be preferred

# Documentation and Reporting:

- Create accurate as-built documentation of the installed cabling system, including drawings, diagrams, and test results.- Use your experience to maintain comprehensive records of cable routes, labeling, and connectivity information.- Generate reports on project progress, issues encountered, and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining structured cabling systems and Data Center Infrastructure- Proven work experience in a similar role. Should have attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Should possess strong client-facing and teamwork skills- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
