We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to manage and optimize equipment and machinery in our Float Plant & Fabrication Lines (Wet Coaters & Sputter Coaters). This role focuses on enhancing safety, controlling maintenance costs, and improving plant performance.
Responsibilities:
Maximize equipment availability and safety through effective maintenance practices.
Control maintenance costs and optimize budgets.
Identify and implement improvements and small projects.
Foster a productive and motivated work environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality management systems.
Apply technical skills for problem-solving, cost estimation, and project implementation.
Utilize knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance and control systems (PLC/DCS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8-14 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, preferably heavy process industries.
Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and influencing skills.
