Relevant Experience 5+ years of relevant experience into DevOps / SRE role Experience into managing On-Premise databases. Experience into VMware is mandatory. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform & Ansible.

ResponsibilitiesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS: Align solutions to platform, data, cloud and reference architecture patterns and capabilities. Ensure appropriate implementation of technology following all standards and best practices. Designing and implementing the architecture of automated infrastructure Building and maintaining container native CI/CD pipelines Building tools and automation to improve system observability, availability, and reliability Designing and implementing observability stacks for the infrastructure Practicing sustainable incident response Participating in blameless postmortems Creating software that improves the reliability of systems in production Responding to incidents Drive execution for large business initiatives including documentation, roadmaps, communication and alignment of domain architecture into business, product and technical plan. Review environment regularly for efficiency and cost optimization. Conduct research on environmental issues and propose technical solutions based on foundational initiatives. Perform root cause analysis and provide guidance to technical leadership regarding future issue prevention. Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to all stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver on agreements made with stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managed. Make recommendations to improve stakeholder engagement. Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders. Positively influence and participate in change initiatives. Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing andimplementation of new ideas. Take ownership for driving career development. Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency. Manage financial and other company resources under your control with due respect. Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.

Technical Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of relevant experience into DevOps / SRE role Experience into managing On-Premise databases. Experience into VMware is mandatory. Strong Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible. Experience into initiating and implementing DevOps practices. Experience into Jira is compulsory. Strong in scripting and markup languages Strong understanding of enterprise-level Storage, Compute and Networking concepts and technologies Knowledge and implementation of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Performance Tuning best practices Experience with Windows and Linux Server Systems running in Azure IaaS environment. Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing, Firewall management (FortiGate) and other Networking. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform would be advantageous.
