Position Title: Deputy Manager, Vendor Management Office

Job Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities

Manage external life cycle management Viz guide managers on the demand creation in Partner Connect tool; raise PR / PO process with the operations team, support onboarding and offboarding of externals Demand fulfilment (Externals hiring) as per the KPI and driving governance and compliance Create awareness on the overall external lifecycle management with the managers Support vendors queries and set up new vendors in the tool Ability to manage and understand vendor management processes and related tools Coordinate with the vendor invoicing team and ensure timely payment to resources Track and report SLAs on vendor performance on key parameters Participate and support vendor calls Analyze, track and follow-up on the timely resolution of errors and issues that are a result of vendor management processes and keep the tracker up to date Ensure compliance with expectations from internal stakeholders of other departments like business, procurement, risk, safety, legal, HR etc. Reviewing contract documents like SoWs, SLAs and key contract Terms & Conditions Own and drive multiple projects which are strategically important for the VMO team

Qualifikationen

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical field  Goal driven while able to step back and look at the bigger picture  Ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is necessary to get things done
