Responsibilities will include -:

1. Functional Expertise:

• Conduct detailed loan data analysis and create insights around various risk dimensions

• Compute specific analysis & metrics – collection efficiency, static pool, etc. for the loan portfolio

• Conduct detailed portfolio quality analysis as part of regular review and suggest policy changes as and when required

• Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate tracking of loan products

• Drive execution with tech/product around BRE coding/ policy changes


2. Stakeholder collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop & communicate insights around portfolio quality

• Work with Partners to ensure right data sets are shared, portfolio review is conducted on a regular basis, and policy/ BRE changes are communicated and adopted


To succeed in the role

Qualification &Experience

• Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Management

• 4 - 5 years of Data analytics experience in Risk domain in Financial Services/Fintech preferably in Lending space


Skills & know-how

• Hands-on experience with Python/R, SQL and Excel is must

• Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis

• Risk analytics background in consumer loans/business loans is preferable

• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and highly engaging environment
