Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will lead end-to-end technical recruitment efforts, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver top tech talent. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong sourcing skills, and a consultative mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute full-cycle technical recruitment across roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and more. Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing training and guidance as needed. Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Provide an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication. Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics to advise clients strategically. Use ATS/CRM tools effectively to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring performance. Represent Hellowork Consultants at networking events, job fairs, and tech meetups when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of technical roles. Deep understanding of technical skills, frameworks, and languages (e.G., JavaScript, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.). Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, and other creative methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously. Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar. Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a recruitment agency or consultancy environment. Technical background (e.G., prior IT/Software development experience or education). Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
