Job Overview:

We are inviting applications from qualified, committed, and research-oriented candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in the areas of Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management under the Faculty of Management Studies. The role involves academic instruction, research contribution, and active participation in institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned specialization.
  • Design and deliver curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards.
  • Engage in scholarly research, paper publications, and academic conferences.
  • Mentor and guide students on dissertations, internships, and live projects.
  • Contribute to departmental and university-level academic planning and events.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals for workshops, guest lectures, and placements.

Human Resource Management

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification (as per UGC/AICTE norms):

  • MBA/PGDM in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent

  • Ph.D. in the respective domain or NET/SET qualified candidates will be preferred

  • Experience:

  • 04 years in teaching, research, or relevant industry experience

  • Candidates with publications in UGC CARE / Scopus-indexed journals will be prioritized

  • Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in outcome-based education (OBE)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
