What You'll Do

  • Project Leadership: Lead or support the coordination of complex projects and strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on IT implementation and SAP system integration.
  • AI & Innovation Projects: Contribute to the design and deployment of AI-driven HR initiatives and ensure their integration into the existing solution architecture.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage project teams, organize meetings, and maintain open communication across all relevant stakeholders – including internal teams, external partners, and cross-regional collaborators.
  • Change Management: Co-lead the design and implementation of change strategies to support HR transformation, system rollouts, and new processes, particularly in relation to Employee Central (EC) and HR reporting.
  • Strategic Communication: Create, manage, and deliver internal communications to drive alignment and engagement, including executive-level presentations, SharePoint updates, and employee communication assets.
  • Works Council Support: Act as a consultant and coordinator for Works Council-related activities, ensuring all documentation and communications are in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for IT automation and transformation, ensuring alignment with global HR and business strategy.
  • Project Tracking: Ensure project status and milestones are consistently updated in project trackers and communicated to leadership.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate internal communication events, engagement initiatives, best practice sharing, and training efforts.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Capture and document lessons learned and conduct business value retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in project management, business transformation, or HR IT implementation (especially SAP).
  • Experience with AI-powered projects and digital HR technologies is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with Works Council processes is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; German and additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • High design sensibility and experience in preparing business case presentations and stakeholder communications.
