Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Site Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a basic understanding of site activities to join our team at Royal Builders in Pune. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in managing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.

This position involves overseeing structural engineering tasks and collaborating with civil engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

The current project is located in Khadki, Pune , and involves supervising RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work , intricate dome construction , detailed marble design , and false ceiling POP work , from excavation to interior finishing.

Candidates must have their own vehicle for transportation.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of proven experience in on-site project management, quality control, and structural engineering
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
  • Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on construction projects
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
