Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Manager – Accounts & Finance
to oversee financial operations, with a strong focus on
Accounts Management
and
Accounts Receivable
. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. S
trong communication skills in English
are required to effectively interact w ith
US-based clients
and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager- Accounts & Finance located in Infopark Kochi. The Manager- Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. The role involves managing a team, coordinating with auditors, conducting financial analysis, and developing financial strategies to support the company's objectives. Additionally, the manager will be expected to liaise with clients, provide financial advice, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or Equivalent.

Experience Required:
Minimum
5–8 years
of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
