  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct in-person meetings with customers to showcase our product portfolio and discuss their needs.
  • Create and deliver clear presentations highlighting the benefits and features of our white goods accessories.
  • Generate accurate quotes and negotiate competitive pricing with customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and ensure all information is entered accurately in our systems.
  • Manage customer accounts, including collections and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their business.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our network of white goods suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
