We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role requires a strong background in automation architecture, manual testing, and client-facing responsibilities. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will spearhead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Requirements

Automation Architecture:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Evaluate and implement new automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Create comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for automation.

Manual Testing:

Conduct thorough manual testing of applications to identify defects and ensure the highest quality of products.

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Document and track software defects using a bug tracking system and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Client-Facing Role:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding quality assurance activities and deliverables.

Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure that the QA process aligns with their expectations and needs.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on QA progress, issues, and resolutions.

Conduct client demonstrations and walkthroughs of the QA processes and outcomes.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
