Tredence is 1,800-plus employees strong with offices in San Jose, Foster City, Chicago, London, Toranto, and Bangalore, with the largest companies in retail, CPG, hi-tech, telecom, healthcare, travel, and industrials as clients.As we complete 12 years of Tredence this year, we are on the cusp of an ambitious and exciting phase of expansion and growth.·Tredence recently closed a USD 175 million Series B funding, which will help us build on growth momentum, strengthen vertical capabilities, and reach a broader customer base.·Apart from our geographic footprint in the US, Canada & UK.·Tredence is a Great Place to Work (GPTW) certified company that values its employees and creates a positive work culture by providing opportunities for professional development and promoting work-life balance.· At Tredence, nothing is impossible; we believe in pushing ourselves to limitless possibilities and staying true to our tagline, Beyond PossibleThis position requires someone with good problem solving, business understanding and client presence.Overall professional experience of the candidate should be atleast 6 years with a maximum experience up to 12 years.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Django and FastAPI).- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, etc.).- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using tools like GitHub Actions / Jenkins / AWS CodePipeline.- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural discussions.- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.Required Skills and Experience- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.- Strong experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks.- Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, etc.).- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.).- Experience in Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
