Experience - 4-8 years Location - Work Timings - 11am - 9pm What we are looking for: A passionate, enthusiastic, positive, experienced, and highly skilled Sail Point Identity IQ expert who is pro-active, a good team player, lead from the front, have multiple years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution using Sail Point Identity IQ. Role: It will be Sail Point developer role to design and develop IGA using Sail Point Identity IQ and to perform technical troubleshooting of Sail Point Identity IQ issues. This role will require client interaction, stakeholder management. It would also require managing the deployed IGA solution, manage/ monitor/ resolve incidents and service requests, perform deployments. Required Technical Competency: · Over all experience of 7+ years with hands-on development experience of 5+ Years on Sail Point Identity IQ product. · Well versed with Sail Point Identity IQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, access request process · Hands-on experience in developing, configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links etc. in Sail Point Identity IQ · Hands-on experience of application on-boarding into Identity IQ · Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis for issues occurring in Sail Point Identity IQ Production environment · Experience in administering, operating and maintaining Sail Point Identity IQ product · Experience with Sail Point Identity IQ product performance optimization and tuning · Experience with Linux commands, JVM configuration, basic database queries etc., · Experience with integrating AD, LDAP, Webservice, Databases and other systems / business applications with Sail Point Identity IQ · Experience with managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) around high priority Production incidents · Experience with Sail Point Identity IQ build process (using standard service build)· Experience with Git Hub to use it for code version management · Understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline · Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences · Experience with large IAM engagements and client interaction MOM: · Development experience is mandatory · Workflow development · Rule Development · Application Onboarding/update/modification · Defect fixing & analyzing the existing code.
