Qualifications:Education:

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.Certifications:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or other relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Analytics Builder.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.Experience with data management, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulatory requirements is beneficial.
