Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Plüsch. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the luxury lifestyle industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
