About the Role:This position is responsible for designing and developing high-quality online programs in collaboration with top-tier universities across the US globe.

Role & Responsibilities:· Build and align content with the learning outcomes, learning activities, and stakeholder specifications.· Design storyboards for engaging and visually appealing videos to enhance learning effectiveness.· Use visual design principles and techniques to conceptualize content, articulate ideas, and design multimedia elements.· Collaborate with the production team and provide clear and concise instructions.· Perform QA and QC to ensure the learning materials in the learning platform conform with the quality standards.· Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.· Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet the high-quality benchmarks of the organization.· Participate in internal continuous improvement efforts by offering ideas and solutions for process improvement.· Remain current with and have a thorough understanding of the emerging applications of instructional multimedia, instructional technology, and trends in online education, and propose improvements as appropriate.

Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline· 2 to 8 years of experience in instructional design and online content development· Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills· Knowledge of real-world application of adult learning theories and instructional design principles· Demonstrated experience in scripting engaging storyboards that effectively convey ideas· Demonstrated experience in designing and developing visually compelling videos and other multimedia assets· Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills· Attention to detail· Excellent written and verbal communication, management, and organizational skills· Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:· Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred· Demonstrated skill working with online learning tools and software· Experience designing or converting courses for online delivery· Knowledge of the backward design model· Experience working on Learning Management Systems (LMS)· Knowledge of accessibility standards· Familiarity with known course design quality standards (e.g., Quality Matters)
