Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand and gather requirements for GRC processes and functionalities.

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.

- Customize ServiceNow GRC workflows, policies, forms, and user interface (UI) elements to create user friendly and efficient solutions.

- Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC scripts, such as Business Rules and Client Scripts, to enhance system functionality and automate processes.

- Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and assist in knowledge transfer sessions.

- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and tools, as required.

Qualifications :

- BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.

- ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist GRC, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.
