Overview: As a BAMS/BHMS professional in the nonclinical domain you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the operational and administrative functions of the healthcare organization. Your expertise in traditional medicine paired with a nonclinical focus will aid in enhancing patient care organizational efficiency and overall quality of healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in nonclinical administrative tasks such as documentation recordkeeping and inventory management
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance patient care
  • Conduct research and analysis to support healthcare management decisions
  • Assist in developing and implementing nonclinical healthcare programs and initiatives
  • Support the integration of traditional medicine into nonclinical healthcare services
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with nonclinical healthcare regulations and standards
  • Participate in nonclinical patient education and community outreach programs
  • Contribute to nonclinical quality improvement initiatives and risk management processes
  • Coordinate nonclinical healthcare activities and initiatives within the organization
  • Support nonclinical healthcare marketing and promotional efforts
  • Participate in nonclinical healthcare policy development and implementation
  • Assist in evaluating nonclinical healthcare technology and systems
  • Conduct nonclinical healthcare data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree
  • Experience in nonclinical healthcare settings or roles
  • Strong knowledge of traditional medicine and its integration into nonclinical healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Problemsolving skills with a focus on nonclinical healthcare challenges
  • Understanding of nonclinical healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in nonclinical healthcare technology and data analysis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize nonclinical healthcare responsibilities
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Knowledge of nonclinical healthcare quality improvement processes
