About the Role:Kelp DAO is seeking a dynamic,creative and skilled

Motion Designer

to join our team, focused to craft visually compelling animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content to elevate our brand and community engagement. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching content that brings our projects to life, from animations to promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to create content that aligns with our vision and values.

Role and Responsibilities:Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms (web, social media, marketing materials).Work with the design team to develop visual assets and integrate them into motion design projects.Translate complex ideas and concepts into simple, engaging animations.Design and animate interactive elements and visual assets for presentations and website elements.Contribute to the overall visual style and consistency of the brand.Stay up to date with current trends in motion design, animation, and the web3/blockchain/crypto space.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements:Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.Portfolio showcasing previous motion design and animation work.Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. are a plus).Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is a plus.Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
