Contract Lifecycle Management: Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies. Compliance & Governance: Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs. Template & Process Optimization: Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency. Reporting & Documentation: Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
