Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: Pune (Baner) Hybrid (2 Days WFO, 3 Days WFH) Experience: 10+ Years Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST Job Description: We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of experience to support and enhance SAP Finance & Controlling processes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO modules , along with strong integration experience with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP FICO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders) . Handle integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Manage financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing , and tax-related configurations. Work on SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and issue resolution . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business process improvements . Perform testing, debugging, and support activities for SAP FICO applications. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support . Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes . Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules . Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing processes . Ability to analyze and resolve SAP FICO-related issues efficiently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
