Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Secretary to support the Consultant & In-charge of Anesthesia and Critical Services at Avee Multispecialty Hospital. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant & In-charge.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and communications with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and hospital-related engagements.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Draft letters, notes, and reports with good command over English (verbal and written).
  • Handle computer-based tasks including MS Office and hospital-related software.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Proficient in computers (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Preferably Female Candidates Residing in Nearby Areas like Vaishali, Indirapuram, Kaushambhi, Ghaziabad or East Delhi (Trans-Yamuna area).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (hospital/healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory).
