Overview of the Role:The Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) in the Leads Assessment and Development Management (LAn D) team will play a critical role in driving Tres Vista's growth by qualifying potential leads and supporting the Sales and Client Growth Teams (CGTs) in achieving their targets. The SSDA will be responsible for processing all leads generated by Tres Vista's various lead generation engines, including digital marketing efforts, the website, specific marketing campaigns, events, and webinars. The SSDA will report directly to the VP of the LAn D team. LAn D team will work closely with the Marketing, IT, and Customer Service departments to ensure seamless lead processing and conversion.Key Role Deliverables:Lead Generation: Qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry eventsLead Processing: Engage with prospects as leads come through the CRM system, and either accept or reject the lead. Accepted leads are converted into Identified Opportunities in the Sales PipelinePipeline Management: Manage and maintain the conversion of the accepted leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of these converted and accepted leadsSales Support: Introduce the Sales team or Relationship Manager and ensure a timely transition of the lead ownership (LAn D) to the opportunity ownership (Sales or CGT)Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trendsCRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospectsCollaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goalsReporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performancePrerequisites:Strong communication, strategic thinking and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., D365, Salesforce, Hub Spot), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom) and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with lead generation tools, techniques and market research methodologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsStrong understanding of sales processesPreferred experience in the Financial Services industryExperience:4+ years of experience (bachelor’s degree) or 3+ years of experience (master’s degree) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industryEducation:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldAn MBA or equivalent is preferredCompensation:The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
