Responsibilities –

-Coordinate with NBFCs and Institutes for day to day queries and provide resolutions

-Manage bank reconciliations and keep track of all transactions

-Create and update manual data trackers for recon activities with NBFCs and Institutes

-Assist students/institutes with Pre closure process and ensure accuracy in calculations

-Manage weekly/monthly reconciliation activities and ensure zero discrepancy between internal departments, and external partners

-Coordinate with Support and Collections departments and assist in improving customer experience

-Create data reports and MIS for all stakeholders as per requirement.
