The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Role and Responsibilities Develop SW in the respective areas according to the SDK Vision and Roadmap and in collaboration with the SW Architects ·“Own” the quality of the software (ensure the quality of delivered software)· Write, test and document Embedded Software. ·Schedule own tasks, participate in SW planning and report progress to project leader· Design, develop, and test BLE-enabled embedded systems · Work with other engineers to integrate BLE into existing systems· Develop and maintain BLE software and firmware · Analyze and troubleshoot BLE problems· Work with customers to define and implement BLE requirements.· Stay up to date on the latest BLE technologiesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.Required Skills Mandatory experience in Low-level protocol development (Either Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE audio, DECT or any other real-time protocols) ·Fully competent in all aspects of software engineering, concerning coding and testing. ·Ability to prioritise work, set goals and meet deadlines for self and others.· System knowledge (SW/HW) · Good written and verbal communication skills.· Proficiency in C programming and experience in development of software in deeply embedded platforms · Verification and testing of deliverables against specifications and requirements.Desired Skills Bluetooth and/or DECT Stack development proven experience. · SW development ARM Cortex-M processors · Multi-disciplinary focus, digital hardware and embedded software. · Human relations skills are important to convince others ( in projects) based on technical knowledge and shows assertiveness to alert superiors/colleagues.
