The Role
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Google Ads Manager to own our paid search strategy. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth by managing our Google Ads campaigns from start to finish. This is a crucial role where your expertise will directly impact our brand's reach and success in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize our Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Write clear, compelling ad copy that resonates with our audience and reflects the American Giant brand voice.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in paid search to keep our strategy sharp and effective.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns, preferably for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand.
- Deep expertise with the Google Ads platform and a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the self-discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
