Education: Master’s or equivalent degreeOverall Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience

Essential expertise

Experience in data analyticsKnowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel, Python (Basic)

Key Responsibilities

Use data analytics to understand the content performance on the platformIn-depth analysis of key viewership metrics and regularly reporting them to stakeholdersDevelopment and management of data dashboards for daily insightsEnable businesses to increase viewership and maximize revenueReport and automate the critical business performance metrics for all key launchesWork on target setting and tracking of viewership targets for all upcoming launches

Strong analytical skills and data-driven knowledgeStrategic thinking mindsetAbility to break down and present complex data insights into simplified storytelling to cross-functional teamsStrongly driven to take ownership and independently develop a data-driven point of view in a fast-paced, complex and cross-functional environmentStrong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and understanding of R or Python (essential)Having experience with at least one BI tool, such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc, is good
