As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our brand and lead high-impact digital campaigns across various platforms.
Position OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing Dumroo.ai's digital marketing initiatives. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking and requires a proactive individual who can manage campaigns, analyze performance, and drive digital engagement across channels. You will work closely with leadership to translate strategic marketing plans into actionable digital execution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage Dumroo.ai's social media presence with strategic content planning, community management, and engagement growth.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and high-converting digital assets.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ROI, conversion rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis to enhance organic reach.
- Support lead generation, nurturing workflows, and email marketing campaigns.
- Recommend data-driven improvements and test new tools, channels, or campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, EdTech industry developments, and platform algorithm changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media ad platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, paid media, content strategy, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent written communication skills and creative content sensibility.
- Highly analytical with the ability to generate insights and optimize performance.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta/Facebook marketing.
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with EdTech marketing dynamics, trends, and target audience engagement.
